All Ronnie Studios pieces are handcrafted and may feature slight variations in texture, finish, gemstone colour, or shape. These variations are part of the character of handmade jewellery and are not considered defects.
Natural gemstones may contain inclusions and variations that make each piece unique.
We make every effort to display product colours accurately, however colours may vary slightly between screens and devices.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Ronnie Studios reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel an order and provide a full refund.
Orders
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Ronnie Studios reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where fraud, unauthorised activity, or pricing errors are suspected.
Made-to-Order & Bespoke Pieces
Made-to-order, bespoke, customised, engraved, resized, and solid gold pieces are created specifically for the customer and are final sale.
Production timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on materials, suppliers, and production requirements.
Shipping
Shipping timeframes provided by Ronnie Studios are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Ronnie Studios is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.
