Ronnie Studios Returns & Repairs Policy

At Ronnie Studios, each piece is handcrafted in small batches or made to order. We want you to love your jewellery, so please take the time to carefully choose your piece before purchasing.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for store credit or exchange on eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original condition
  • Returned in their original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To request a return, please email info@ronniestudios.com with your order number and reason for return.

Returns must not be sent until approved by our team.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and we recommend using a tracked postal service, as Ronnie Studios cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange, store credit, or refund due to change of mind:

  • Bespoke or custom-made pieces
  • Made-to-order pieces
  • Engraved or personalised items
  • Resized items
  • Solid gold pieces
  • Sale items
  • Items purchased using a discount code
  • Earrings that have been worn or tried on for hygiene reasons

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible at info@ronniestudios.com with photographs and details of the issue.

Once assessed, Ronnie Studios will repair, replace, or refund the item where required under Australian Consumer Law.

If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, Ronnie Studios will reimburse reasonable return postage costs.

Please note that the following are not considered manufacturing faults:

  • General wear and tear
  • Tarnishing or oxidation of metals
  • Natural ageing of brass or sterling silver
  • Damage caused by impact, accidents, chemicals, water exposure, or improper care
  • Repairs or alterations carried out by a third party
  • Loss or damage resulting from normal daily wear over time

Handmade Jewellery

Each Ronnie Studios piece is handcrafted and may feature slight variations in texture, finish, gemstone colour, or shape. These variations are part of the character of handmade jewellery and are not considered faults.

Natural gemstones may contain inclusions, colour variations, or unique markings that make each stone one of a kind.

Store Credit

Approved returns will be issued as store credit.

Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and may be used toward any eligible Ronnie Studios piece.
